Banksy prices - help needed - NOLA grey, NBG grey & CYW khak, by elevenspots on May 9, 2022 18:54:49 GMT 1, Hey.
not sure if this is in the correct place.
I have 3 prints - looking for a guide price for insurance or maybe sale.
any help or direction would be amazing
all COA - all original owners - all framed by Ricardo In Acton.
what are The prices now?
nola grey original -edition of 289 (I think) choose your weapon - edition 25 - khaki no bAll games - edition 250 (I think) grey
currently in art storage - with massive weekly insurance fees!
let me know what you think.
thankyou in advance for help.

Banksy prices - help needed - NOLA grey, NBG grey & CYW khak, by JFCC on May 10, 2022 9:16:40 GMT 1, All three are fantastic and I would hold on to all of them.
Chubb do an Art policy that gives you 200% cover on an agreed valuation so that relieves the stress of having to be spot on.
Valuation wise for insurance you need to look more towards retail values and not at the last lowest auction price. You also have to ignore short term market variations, contrary to popular opinion one low price at auction does not mean a piece is permanently devalued.
Value wise I'd would be insuring Nola White at ยฃ125k, Choose Your Weapon ยฃ125k and NBG grey at ยฃ95k.
Just my view!

Agreed - Always go high with insurance values as if the worst did happen you don't want to shopping around. You want to walk into a gallery and buy one hence insuring at gallery prices

Iโm going to hold on to the Banksy prints for the time being - hopefully I will sell some other bits! New motorcycle to pay for๐ All three are fantastic and I would hold on to all of them.
