I received the confirmation email, the email about my phone # not being on paypal, paypal shows the transaction, but my Museart account says I have no order. I’m beginning to wonder if there was an issue with my order. is it even worth emailing at this point?
If you have been contacted by them (for the tel no), then it means they have your order, so no need to panic.
They are being shipped from Shenzhen, China (near Hong Kong) so contacting them will make no difference in how long it takes.

The orders placed never linked up with the accounts that people created in advance so do not worry about that. I’ve received mine and it shows as no orders on my account. Most likely just swamped trying to process 5K pieces around the world.

Just to throw it out there and this might be crazy but maybe your order is in the process of being processed? When I log in it says I haven’t even placed any orders and I’m not bothered. They have said they are doing their best to have all orders delivered by the end of August. I’m pretty sure there are still a lot of people waiting for theirs to be delivered. Only seen one one the forum that has been delivered. |

Its August 10th.... we've passed the 20 days. At the very least, they can give a heads up to ppl who purchased.

I believe today would mark the 19th business day since the email on the 14th. They're not technically late for anything yet...
