I received mine last week - emailed customer support on the 10th which they responded to the next day saying it was still processing. 4 days later I got an email confirming postage to the U.K. I’m sure they’ll post it soon. |

I contacted them because I saw multiple posts here on the forum from people receiving their orders, while I couldn't log into my account on musart. I sent them an e-mail and 2 days later I got a reponse back. Back and forth a few mails with a reponse within 2 days and I was all set. A week later I got my 'Your order is shipped' mail and ta-da. Don't know how other people experienced it, but to me all went pretty fluently. I think they are just having some issues shipping them out and it's being done in batches. The sculpture is of very high quality, it looks awesome and the size and finish are perfect. I made more expensive purchases this year that were not as satifying as this one. For those of you getting very agitated by the long wait, my impression of MUSart is that they are reliable but meticulous, which seems to be why they are moving quite slow. Hang in there, it is well worth the wait.
