Yeah, phone them up again and tell them its being delivered DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). You shouldn't have to pay any additional VAT.

They've initially been in contact via IG saying they've received my email and aim to replace it which is great customer service. Obviously due to all pieces being numbered it might take longer than expected but I'm happy it's been sorted.

The last time they responded after a week. The constant waiting is a bit frustrating, but at least a few others share the same experience. I have no clue though how some describe their customer service as great. An update once in a while on IG and everybody still waiting would feel better.

I think he's quite right to be bothered by this. I would be. I ship on ebay and make well sure items, including their packaging (which is part of the item), are protected |

Customs service sent email:
"We are doing our very best to get it to you asap! You will receive a tracking number by email".
This is already 6 days ago and still nothing changed.
I'm glad that I was able to buy this great sculpture but the wait is really annoying. Also the fact that they don't give any updates by themselves is quite annoying.
Fingers crossed that it will arrive any time soon.
