Although they stated these would all be shipped out by the end of August and sure a follow-up communication would have gone a long way but they clearly underestimated what it would take to produce and ship 5,000 of these pieces.
For those still waiting, I’d say continue to be patient. This is not a fly-by-night operation. It’ll be worth the wait. Good luck!

They should be. Mine says UPS Express DDP to the UK on the shipping confirmation. DDP meaning Delivery Duty Paid. If UPS ask for money I'd be questioning why as its not unheard of for them to wrongly apply duty.

Nothing yet from UPS, but it’s expected to arrive tomorrow so we’ll see if that changes when the driver shows up at my door.

It's free of duties and taxes, you have already paid them. Look at your invoice to confirm first and contact the customs services to contest. |

I eventually got an email from customs looking for paperwork of receipts etc and I was sure I would have to pay customs again but they let it through. Sometimes in Germany even when it says free of duties they charge you and you either pay within a few days or gets sent back, it has happended several times.
Hope you are all enjoying it. Mine was packed really well and it is really nice.

Think ups import dept just did a shitty Job on all our deliveries. But Customer is of no usw either |

UPS contacted me asking for my info to process custom clearance
i gave it to them but explained i had already paid for custom clearance in the invoice
they confirmed it was true and didn’t charge me anything

Attached them to the wall and then simply rested the invader on it. Attached a photo to show where it was placed. Too much info ? Sorry, I’m not especially practical, but was super happy with the result. [full disclosure- it MIGHT have been my wife’s idea!]
