His is talking about the only piece sold on auction with itinerance the partner of musart and maybe bought by of their friend
At the same auction djerba stamps where sold for 650e and half of the other piece unsold  I doubt they make another piece with invader or maybe the half little big since it's in the deal between invader and itinerance

Musart gave me great customer service and were very communicative throughout the delayed shipping process.
The item itself is extremely high quality and a brilliant item at the price point. Easily my favourite purchase this year.

Given the volume of them there will always be some damages, try getting in contact. Hopefully they've been sensible enough to have spares for damages. |

All musart offers is to refund me (and other cases that arrived with the same delivery) the 50 Euros tax, that they or their fulfillment Service never paid anyway and kept in their pockets....
And the good customer service that everyone mentions is good as long as they just have to send standard replies. They told me to contact them so they will help immediately if i can't sort it out myself - and since I did that, they've gone silent, no response!!! Really frustrating!

Do all of these have them? Maybe because that is just part of the production process? (somehow looks like it)

Might just have to issue a chargeback through your bank / credit card. Won't result in it suddenly appearing but sometimes seems the only way to get people to pay attention! Once UPS have lost something they rarely seem overly fussed in my experience but a chargeback will get a reaction. Good Luck! |

That was my problem and they sent an email in July (asking for it) that i missed. I eventually got them after numerous emails then they tell me that was the problem. Still took a while after this but i eventually got them.

Sent an email for the first time last week (on thursday). They replied that i would have an expedition number before the end of the week... but still waiting for it !
(they said in their IG live that all the orders be sent "in a couple of days", that's why i wrote to them)

Two weeks after receipt I received two more emails from them, one with a Invoice and one with UPS tracking.
It's a mess. Good luck if you haven't received yours yet.
