I jumped on 5 mins before the drop because I'm watching my son and I was 152 in line. Guessing its randomly allocated? Site was very slow but managed to go through checkout ok and have my confirmation email.

Just wait it out. Once you get to zero it will forward you on to the site. Site seems to be going quite smoothly just a bit slow. Big wait in between each stage of the checkout but keep faith.
