Visit LONDON 🏴 Street Art, Galleries, Events, by Star&Garter on May 8, 2013 0:10:01 GMT 1, A few snaps from this weekend (some old and some new)
Special thanks to the people at The Fun Factory, Bethnal Green Road for pointing my girlfriend and I in the right direction for finding the new ROA (we would never have located it without them)

Visit LONDON 🏴 Street Art, Galleries, Events, by andysthlm2 on May 8, 2013 18:12:29 GMT 1, Hello!
I'm leaving for London on friday morning, it's work related, but I will have friday night + saturday during the day before my flight back to stockholm leaves, and I'm planning on using the time to wander around the streets of London My favorites are C215, ROA, Daleast, I would also love to see something from Conor Harrington. But if you have something else to recommend, I'd love to hear it!
My problem is that there's a lot of cool photos here, but not a lot of street names where to find them.. Since i only have a few hours I'm trying to get a google map together to cover as much as possible. Here's my map:
maps.google.com/maps/ms?ie=UTF&msa=0&msid=207204860057757447103.0004dc253bda22521ac80
any suggestions of what not to miss are welcome! (also, I'm not sure about all of these positions, 2 of the daleast I'm pretty sure I got wrong, so if you see something that's off, please let me know the right position).
Thanks again!
/Andreas
EDIT: The new ROA looks awesome, I would love to see that, does anyone know the exact location? Also, since I'm pretty short on time, tips about areas with lots of street art is really appreciated!

You're DALeast tiger is in the wrong place, it's further up where Pedley street joins with Brick Lane. The new ROA is at the following postcode "E2 6HG" around the back of Oxford house. You can't go far wrong looking around this area though, there are numerous C215s along brick lane.

dibbs303: Thank you very much for the PM! this area seem to be a hotspot!
mikeydread: I'm pretty good with motorbikes, I drive a ZX-10R, why do you ask? but you guys drive on the wrong side of the road! Is that a new daleast, the photo before the last photo?

Visit LONDON 🏴 Street Art, Galleries, Events, by Deleted on May 8, 2013 22:46:09 GMT 1, Yep Daleast it is. Reckon he'll be there sat or sun to finish. Been tricky as its a car park. Have you thought of booking a street art tour. Plenty of companies running them. StreetartLondon are always busy & alternativeLondon do them on pushbikes to cover more ground. SAL also have an app for phones which aint too bad.

Visit LONDON 🏴 Street Art, Galleries, Events, by Deleted on May 9, 2013 9:39:49 GMT 1, Where is your hotel please. The streets around brick lane are best covered on foot. The app should help. You'll need at least an hour to get to airport from East end. It doesn't take that long but shit happens sometimes & better to be safe. I'm back late 2nite to answer any other questions mate.
