I think this is one of Banksys best

Thats basically a good place to start. Most spots they hit up are places were artists constantly do street work or "on tour" artists will do some work. Behind POW is a spot constantly hit.

a mass forum session in the area would be a nice idea - few beers shoreditch way - then storm the POW offices mob handed...!
