Nick Flatt is so talented, and it works well with Seeds One this time round. Agree....that wall is next level. Hard to believe thats not a wheatpaste.

Unfortunately my company has a zero tolerance policy for graffiti and street art, added to that the punishments handed out, there's less and less appearing. It's always nice to see some slip through the net

Visit LONDON 🏴 Street Art, Galleries, Events, by gravity1 on Nov 2, 2015 19:04:02 GMT 1, Great pics by Mikey! I do find it a bit sad how Shok-1 has turned into a one-trick pony with this X-Ray technique and seems to have completely lost his following because of it. It didn't seem that his biggest hit to date " heart noose" wouldn't be that tough to follow up especially with POW backing him. One thing is for sure, they will never do another X-Ray release with him after that last travesty. Hope he can somehow turn things around.

Well the POW release was all X-ray prints and originals, most of which remained on their site for months unsold until they just took them all down one day. Shok did do 4 or 5 original Heart Noose canvases at the same show which all sold but that was his only hit from 2011 and weird to see at this show. Anyway I was a big fan but have just been bored seeing rainbow X-rays for three years.

Visit LONDON 🏴 Street Art, Galleries, Events, by RoboJ on Nov 17, 2015 10:04:16 GMT 1, Bomk piece is amazing. I managed to see him paint pet of it but he couldn't speak a sentence of English. Really nice guy though.
I understand what you mean re the x ray pieces. I personally really like them, they are very unique. I think the issue may be that artists feel as though they need to have a style or an identity. I understand this for marketing purposes but as an artist I would really struggle to stick to one thing. I just love creating and I'm inspired by people, their art and events around me and I try to just let that shape what I do, even if it does mean making something completely different that no body would recognise was mine.

Visit LONDON 🏴 Street Art, Galleries, Events, by 11 on Nov 24, 2015 0:31:53 GMT 1, Olivier Robieu just completed this piece on the ceiling of the Leake Street Tunnel. It has a 3D-Effect to it and is the first of its kind and scale on a ceiling in the UK. I included a shot from the opposite perspective to show just how weird it looks from the wrong way but it was an amazing piece by Olivier.....of the Street Artist, Zabou
