Invader x Rubiks Cube , by ronanmc on Sept 2, 2022 19:59:16 GMT 1, For anyone who wants to see the exhibition, which is superb (in my view), and who wants a Cube, I was there today, and one of the staff told me that she expects the Cubes to sell out very shortly, as people have been buying multiples (up to the 3 max allowed). I have a friend who is thinking of flying over in 2 weeks time, and she said it was unlikely they will have them at that stage.
The good news is that they still seem to have the Ukraine stickers from March (max 1 pack per person for €25).

If they're almost out of them already I think MiMa handled this poorly. I totally understand the in person only part, if their intention was to draw in the crowds, but if that's the case they could have maximized their profit and visitor numbers by making it 1 per person and a mandatory visit to the exhibition.
They either don't care (don't believe that) or they know there's a lot more drops to come in the following months that will keep people coming back.
There was talk of an edition of 2000 but it was never mentioned after the release, I know I would make these available till the end of the exhibition and throw them online as well. And as long as they don't announce they're limited and or permanently sold out they very easily could.

Some events, some artworks ( as in Dismaland, WOH, GDP ) are legends.
But for a Peckham in plastic overpriced, I could understand.
Invader has some rare artworks too. only few on the market. and unics.

Just the thing that chocked me a bit ( in addition of all the n’embête of posters, 3 day collab at 500 € : it’s a sum ! Big one ) is the collab with Comme Des Garçons !

FYI These cubes are smaller than a normal rubiks cube (at least the ones from my youth) I was kinda surprised having not looked at the sizes
Oh and why 9 times out of 10 does the lame word count not properly count words. Super annoying to actually post anything here
