I'll post a few more examples on insta tomorrow, there's a lot in storage and a few bits I'd rather use for the launch.

Castle Gallery • Banksy, by Jules Leotard on Nov 14, 2022 4:03:19 GMT 1, This is fantastic and sounds like fun! You mean, to get me some Banksy fun I won't have to run to ebay and sell one of my children's kidneys (of course, I already sold both of mine...gotta do what you gotta do)?

A temporary memorabilia section selling authentic pre 2006 non coa Banksy collectibles with watertight provenance has been added to the website. Items available soon. When stock runs out the memorabilia section will develop into something, different....

Castle Gallery • Banksy, by Fuzzyduck121 on Mar 26, 2023 8:52:11 GMT 1, Sounds like a right pest himself ! you say that, but who’s watching the watcher?
are PC answerable to anyone at all? Do you care if your artwork potentially worth a fortune , and that you may well have paid a fortune for as a primary work can be devalued to zero by a faceless website with not even a human name associated with it
Let’s just say you apply for a COA and they simply say no. Then what? Who’s going to help you, who’s going to support you? Where’s the ombudsman or authority to support you.
whilst we all know the art market isn’t regulated and that’s to its benefit mostly would you find other examples where the entire process is basically anonymous in a commercial sense and thus utterly absolved of blame and comeback
im just asking and provoking debate I have no vested interest over and above any other bog standard collector
I’ve bought works secondary and primary, I’m as engaged as anyone else but it’s starting to feel like we are a bunch of lemmings in the hands of a faceless big brother organisation with zero customer service because nobody knows who they are and so they can literally do whatever they like

PC really need to help collectors in order to avoid possible scam

A pointless service if they don't even reply

Castle Gallery • Banksy, by Charlie Bronson on Mar 26, 2023 17:07:18 GMT 1, Fwiw Andy recently corresponded with me via email no less than a dozen times, all the while knowing I was buying a piece from a competing gallery/dealer, offering advice time and time again knowing he wouldn’t reap any benefits. In fact he responded to my email about a particular B work, telling me he didn’t have it, but knew that a competing gallery did, and told me so. Can’t say that I’ve had similar dealings with any other gallery/dealer I’ve dealt with.
