So I do love invader, but his Rubik work is my least enjoyable of his material. The 4000 book was incredible and I could flick through it for hours.

Regarding the cover, interesting that it's different- the first edition must be exhausted. Wondering if it's anything like the matte vinyl covers he did on the old invasion guides... 

Looks like first editions are done. The isbn of the book available on fnac is different than the first edition (ends in 3 instead of 2).

Happy t have helped you Masong and that the books are ( apart one ) in good states. What is incredible is that Fnac is the most cultural and intellectual shop, and their services suck, worse than a seller of goodies or tats made in Taiwan (and they are better than them in packaging)! The motto of Fnac (born in the 1950s) was "the cultural agitator" (in reference at may 68)...

Is Invader using French Post to ship these?
Artoyz have used DHL who have used incorrect classification and miscalculated fees, as usual. Regardless of the fact they state that they use Colissimo Expert International on their site and on order.
Anyone who has to deal (suffer) with DHL on a regular basis will know how much of a living hell it is.
If I had known they use DHL I simply wouldn't have bothered. Paying way over the odds for a 40Euro book isn't what I had hoped for here.

You know how it was sent. I can't be held responsible for your postal service and how they handle things. I've apologised enough already and even offered to send something else but you spat your dummy out like a spoilt brat and now you're doing yourself a disservice posting your silly comments for all to see.
For all I know you might have received it and are just trying it on. You certainly seem like the difficult type.

Spaceshop uses LaPoste, they switch to DPD here in the Netherlands and I've had nothing but good experiences with them.

No tracking info, no carrier info, no photo of an addressed package, you didn’t even give me your name. When I shipped your gift it was addressed to your screen name “Bba” WTF? Very mysterious. I know you are not responsible for my postal service but neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night prevented the good ol’ USPS from getting you your package delivered in under two weeks on the other side of the globe with just three random letters for a name. It’s funny that you know so much about Invaders shipping service and so little about your own. Sure you apologized (but did you really?) and said you would have to “search your collection for something else”, of course you would say that. “I spat my dummy out” when I agreed to do a gift exchange with you. To be clear I am not doing myself a disservice, I’m actually doing the forum a service by letting everyone know I didn’t get the gift you said “shipped out” a week before I sent mine. You see this is how it works here. They are called “trusted forum members” you are new here and so far, not so much. So…speaking of “trying it on”  if the shoe fits. For all I know you might be lying. The part of me being difficult is believing you actually sent a gift. Try not to confuse me being difficult for me being honest.

Received my book today ordered from FNAC to USA ... the box was not sealed and found on my step opened already ... somehow the book itself is in great shape. I think that's the definition of luck haha. For the low shipping cost, the shoe fits!
