I'm no expert in such matters, but I think ironing the stickers would be ludicrous and render them quite useless IMHO ! 
Try using an iron at half temperature and full steam. Iron the shirt on a tablecloth folded in quarters. On the sticker, as well as on the t-shirt, you will have to iron the inside part and not the outside part. First do a small test on the edge of the sticker (silkscreen/printing). However it should be fine. I have some screen printed advertising t-shirts that I have ironed several times and it has never gone badly. ๐

My experience with Actually has always been top class including their attention to ensuring safe delivery, delivery tubes etc (if a little lacking in comms at times - Pest Control anyone?! ๐).
