No clue on future value either, but having seen the post a couple of pages back framed next to the BNG Di-faced tenner, I think these really hang well together. Happy to have made the swap, and soon to be on the wall next to another BNG tenner.
 Im pretty pleased with this little combo too.

I wouldnโt be so sure about him either. One broke in transit and they offered to sell me more or give me back 20% of the cost. the conversation didnโt sit right is all I will say. beyond thatโฆeBay sales suggest these are being heavily faked. |

Their username is: exactwatch This is one of their listings - www.ebay.co.uk/itm/195699683699I can tell the cover is using a slightly different image. The stamp/postcard/envelope will be authentic, but the booklet/folder is definitely a fake. FAKE  As well as the colour being brighter on the fake, compare the bottom of the image. FAKE  GENUINE

Iโve messaged Exactwatch seller and despite me showing her the differences, sheโs adamant itโs original. My email photos from Ukrposhta say otherwise. Iโve started a refund claim with eBay so if anyone else made the same mistake it might help us all to have the claims go in. On better news, my frame from safe077-77 arrived with receipt and looks genuine. Hate buying off secondary sellers for these differing results but I should have spotted the differences in the booklet.

i would just buy stamps envelopes & postcard and frame myself ( they are the Banksy items not the frame) There seem to be forgeries of the stamps too from China so be careful buying them too. Ukrainian post office packaging probably best providence

Hopefully not one that involves fraud. itโs evident he purchased quite a number of the framed pieces. If he has any connection to the postal service I donโt imagine that would be difficult. He has a variety of stamps and first day covers on his eBay store so it seems he has access or is a collector/dealer. The framed items heโs selling seem legit from others experience. |

At least we have their side of the story now to help balance any concerns about the number of these being sold, as well as the ancedote above that the framed stamps being sold by "Moskoua" appear to match those sold directly from Ukrposhta. |

This makes sense.
When I first asked the framer about the number of frames made, they would not give a specific number. They then proceeded to offer to sell frames directly to me. I suspect they created the 1000 frames for Ukrposhta and then continued to make more for direct sale.
To my mind, while probably exactly the same as the frames sold by Ukrposhta, the frames sold directly by the framer would then be akin to backdoor prints.
Since the frames are not signed or numbered, there is no real way to verify if a frame came from Ukrposhta or from the framer directly. Even if a seller has a receipt from Ukrposhta, there is no guarantee the receipt relates to the frame being sold.
Has anyone who purchased one of these framed stamps from "Moskoua" asked them how they had access to hundreds of them? And if so, could you please share the response? I'm sure there is a story there. Hopefully not one that involves fraud. This makes sense.

To my mind, while probably exactly the same as the frames sold by Ukrposhta, the frames sold directly by the framer would then be akin to backdoor prints.
Since the frames are not signed or numbered, there is no real way to verify if a frame came from Ukrposhta or from the framer directly. Even if a seller has a receipt from Ukrposhta, there is no guarantee the receipt relates to the frame being sold.

Loads more available from seller on Friday so looks like frames being sold from manufacturer. Why not just frame the stamp sheets postcard and envelope which are the Banksy products and better in my eyes |

That said, they are not expensive to buy and look great so buy and stick on display I say!
If the frames have grown in number beyond 1000 the likelihood is the booklets will be susceptible to the exact same (plus the dodgy print at home attempts).

Thanks for the info re the framer Peter. What youโve suggested is happening makes sense and is likely the case. I guess all thatโs needed is a stamp to be made in order to make more then than the original 1000. |

That is a very good question. The Ukrposta site states a circulation of 1000. However we do not know if it includes the ones direct from the manufacturer. It has been mentioned in a post that the manufacturer offered to sell more, then it is likely there are more than 1000.

No, to be clear, I am not sure if the frames offered for sale directly by the framer are part of the run of 1000.
If they are, I find it odd that the framer would not clearly state that only 1000 were made. Although when I asked about the number of frames made, the information about the edition of 1000 had not yet been made public on the Ukrposhta website. This could be why the framer would not divulge the total number at the time. Perhaps their answer would be different if someone enquired today.
EDIT: I have just written to the framer again. Will post here if I get any additional information.
