Is anybody else having problems with following artists and galleries on Instagram?

I keep getting a pop-up saying I can't follow this page at the moment and "try again later".

All very strange.  Perhaps I've been a bad boy and been blacklisted.   

Instagram will limit the number of accounts you can follow/unfollow in a day. There’s been times when I’ve tried to clean up my Instagram account account by deleting or adding and they have limited me. It’s supposed to be some kind of security measure in case your account has been hijacked.

Thanks for the reply but I don't think it's that.  I go straight in to instagram and try to follow one gallery or an artist and it wont let me.  All very strange.  I thought galleries would want people to follow them.
