Your agreement states you want first right of refusal not that you will every buy an edition back? How can you realistically punish resellers if they are not in your jurisdiction- or never knowingly signed your agreement?
It does not mean we buy every edition back but rather if you do want to sell it on, you inform us and give us the option to buy it back first.

I think they've made their position very clear. Inevitably it's also a free world and not everything can be legislated, holders will hold and sellers will sell. I'd suggest it's time to move on, leave AA be, and talk about art!

Just picked this guy up. Surprisingly, it survived the final firing, but the text is a bit darker than I thought it would be.....

We understand of course that there can always be exceptions and sometimes people really want to sell due to unforeseen circumstance. But this is also why we say give us the first right of refusal. If you want to sell before the 2 years are up come to us first so that we can look for a solution that isn't flipping. |

Berta at Avant is amazing and kept me informed of the situation the whole time, answering my multiple emails every time. So happy the piece made it here safely. It looks stunning in person; my favorite purchase in quite a while.  
FedEx just kept my package almost a month in their NL warehouse because of "summer vacation". Received my vase and it's absolutely stunning.

I thought any of his new releases like human flow and free speech would go a fair bit higher? Iโm keeping my eye on the Tate ward as I have one hanging up and I love it and to be honest I thought it would be getting loads of bids but nothing yet. Maybe itโs early days in the auction, will be interesting to see where it ends up in terms of price.

Donโt know what it will go for, but I have Human Flow on the wall I think itโs one of the strongest print releases of 2023. Photos donโt do justice to the mirrored surface, the colours, the illustration quality, and the effect of these together to reflect the viewer. Sadly itโs also a heart-wrenching piece that only becomes more poignant.

The Vase is nice but I really would have enjoyed the matt finish more...For the right price I probably would sell after 2 years, same goes for Free Speech. But especially Human Flow, Middlefinger Black and Red I really love.
I feel like because of the Vase the discussion and focus on the other artworks went missing. I really can tell you, if you get a Human Flow for the right price, go for it! You wont be disappointed!
