The municipality, the town hall of Strasbourg cannot give me an appointment before September 18 to make my passport (and I will still have to wait after). The last day in Glasgow will be grandiose. I will exchange my ticket for free for goodies, or cookies. To resume I'm fucked.

I will exchange my ticket for free for goodies, or cookies. To resume I'm fucked. If it's any comfort the same thing is happening in the UK. I have 2 passports and both are useless as you need 6 months prior to expiry to travel...ugh! WARNING to anyone that needs to renew their passport there are massive delays, it takes ages. If you only have a year till expiry DO IT NOW. However in a weird/convenient twist of fate I have to go to Glasgow this week to pick up mine on an emergency appointment so I suppose it worked out ok in the end. Good luck @lroy. |

Have you tried asking for the "emergency" passport, the one which is only valid for one year only? Bring proof of upcoming flights and you may be able to get it in time. If you know someone at the council, it can be done in just a few days...

One of the single greatest aspects of Banksy's events is all of the extra stuff that goes on around them (i.e. new pieces scattered around the town; staff people engaging with fans in humorous ways at the event; giveaways; etc.). Would this be the first time that there's nothing outside of the 4 walls of the show?

Like mojo said, It’s exactly the same here LRoy. Delays coupled with the passport office striking, I had to pay a premium for a last minute passport for my daughter to ensure we have it on time for a family holiday.

I haven’t any passeport ! It will be my first one. Anyway you ( we ) can’t lie to administration, municipalities, etc .. They will ask proofs .. Thank you my friend ! |

Had a ticket for the evening Banksy exhibition but just had to revisit again so was first in the queue the next morning .

And train wont work because of the ocean. Also I have to work, and my dog is sick, and I have to cut my toenails. O plus I can’t remember my Facebook login or was it MySpace, can’t remember. It’s so hard for seeing all these happy members going the are so lucky. Also I like to cry like baby. I wish this was a chat room for lonely old men.

I'm definitely glad I went twice. Missed a couple of things the first time around
Really really recommend it. It felt a very personal show for banksy.
For the one or two posters who complain about there being a fee- the show is very well staffed and its only fair they get paid!
I was pleasantly surprised by how much there was. The staff were more than happy to give more than one Polaroid and I hadn't realised until the second visit that I could pick up two posters/books per person etc
Good luck ams have fun to all that make it!

It was great to see the work that had gone into many of the pieces I’ve seen on the streets over the years. Loved all the sketches.
Bizzarely when I came out at 1.30 am there were absolutely no queues despite the tickets being sold out. Staff were super friendly too.
Loved the Hi-Tecs under the bed 🤣
