As I understood, there will be a flow of visitors ( duration is short only one month ), so maybe they want that people « moves » or don’t stay to long times in front of the artworks taking hundred photos I guess…
Or to finish, maybe ( again ) they don’t want that visitors could shoot some details on some stencils that has not to be seen then quietly all over the world ( as signatures, fingerprints - joking - words etc .. )
