is 'pestcontroloffice' a real e-mail address used by pest control? I thought it was pestcontrol.com, not pestcontroloffice.com. If I'm right, then that means it's a fake address and has nothing to do with pest control, or Banksy either.

A windfall is a one time benefit, but by doing this, it might help give the organizer, “Big Issue,” a much bigger leg up in the long run.

They'll definitely have earnt it after having to deal with thousands of Banksy fans on their case asking if they can have a "flick through" before paying...(don't do that, you'll only crease them all up and then they won't be able to sell them). Best of luck to all the Big Issue sellers out there.

I would suggest the podcast might have spurred some extra traffic. Can you see stats to see when that traffic increased and has it coincided with the podcast release? The exhibition opening? Or just a steady incline? |

In the original version of that rat illustration, the tray of papers has the word "in" on it, it's an inbox, and the rat is going to burn the paperwork. I imagine Banksy and the PC staff are huge fans of admin, and that probably also explains why it takes them so long to respond to queries and/or legal threats.

TBH it was a relief that I wasn’t faced with the dilemma of what to do if I did (panic buy all available stock etc) and could just enjoy the show (which is fantastic). Got my Polaroids, tote and tee so happily heading home now.

I can understand folk not wanting to risk losing out on something potentially cool, and/or ridicule if a badge turns up.
I imagine a scenario where there are far more coupons in hands, but folk just don't want to risk sharing that information at this stage.
Also - might only be a few of these coupons out there. Might only be a few coupons out there at this point. These could be drip-fed over some time. That would keep folk encouraged to continue to buy the Big Issue, and to volunteer in soup kitchens, food banks, and to give money and blankets to the homeless, because you never know when compassion, genuine human compassion, will be rewarded.
