From a practical point of view I would imagine the days after a bank holiday would be a good time to set up a show as usually there is a lot of stuff on in various towns over this weekend so will be easy to come and go unnoticed. Especially if there is a festival in the town .

True story, my father was Welsh, and when I was born, thankfully in England, he was determined to teach me the language of his people. For the first 3 years of my life, he babbled, ranted, and slurred these incomprehensible words at me. Like some sort of wizard from Middle Earth, trying to summon a dragon. Like a drunk dropping a copy of Scrabble into a wood chipper.
I was young, I had no idea what was going on. I just assumed daddy was sick. Anyway, I'd try to replicate the words he was throwing at me, but I just couldn't do it. It didn't seem to make sense. My mouth couldn't manage it. Of course, it wouldn't be until many years later I realised my mistake was I was trying to *say* the words, using English. When what I should've been doing was just making noises.
Anyway, long story-short, the family dog learned Welsh before I did. Not to speak it, but he could understand it. Do you know what it's like for a child's self-esteem, to live in a house where the dog knows more languages than you do? I just barely knew English. It had English, Welsh, and dog.
Anyway, it's a beautiful language, an ancient language but, like you say, not suitable for a tote bag. Not if I have my way, anyhow.

Tremendous exhibition, larger than I anticiapted, interactive, immersive, informative and more depth to it that I thought.... I'd managed to avoid a lot of the online photo's etc over the past weeks so there were quite a few nice surprises!

Many of you will go and be happy for you. Some like me won't go but if you get a drink then please toast to Banksy and the whole Forum team.
I believe that following these events, even if only from a distance, is good for everyone's life and mind.
Banksy (and a few other artists) is a person who made other people dream and gave them the possibility of a better life. Their hope has turned into reality.
What it has generated up to now and what it will be able to generate in the future, I am sure it will only be able to generate good.
I wish Banksy (and all the artists who work with the heart) that life can always smile on him and make a person always better and happier.
These "boys" will go down in history. And we are living their artistic period. I don't know if you think about this, but even having just a poster, a bag rather than a simple book, makes me feel part of this fantastic story.
Those who have managed to have more will tell their children and grandchildren how wonderful it was to live this dream.
I really hope it's not just my thought, but that this in one way or another is pure part of your thought.
Regardless, of course, of the personal fortune that belongs to the history of each of you.

Wow! So many iconic pieces, including one I won’t mention.
Really loved to see how he composed some of his initial ideas, including the LIITA.
His background story is also interesting.
