I’d think highly unlikely although why hike the price for this version but offer the first at a relatively low price and in bulk (10, 50, 100 etc). Surely if you sell papers you want to sell as many as possible?! Maybe they got burned on the print/shipping costs last time or it’s just good old fashioned price gouging.

Managed to get one from Sainsbury I'm with Bansky     As for the first one that was at 2,50 £ and then, 3 days later passed on the internet at 10 £ or more because of the hyped sale, The Herald Tribune is really a shame : I have never saw that in all my life, the increase is phenomenal !
I understant that they are sold out for the last day, it's a logistic reason : they put a few in Glasgow ( as there are all fans there, + flippers bought 10 maybe ) and they kept more for the web sales as they are at 25 £ overseas ( the price of Banksy's book, crazy ) ... They can say Thank you Banksy !

Having said that, it would be great if each copy turned up with a free child-size Dismaland t-shirt that smelled strongly of entropy and regret.

I always thought (like in photo booths, a little man taking pictures) that there was someone in disguise driving the bumper car! So, there's no one?! And if the Herald can stay afloat a bit longer, fair play to them. That first Banksy souvenir issue must've easily been their biggest print run for an issue. I bet they sold waaaaay more than the previous record holder - the Battle of Bannockburn Final souvenir special, with pull-out.

I finally got the Pdf!... We have been hearing about this Pdf for years!... Now with a lot of luck, I managed to get the Pdf directly from someone reliable. I opened the PDF with many difficulties. I must say that I would never have thought of such a difficulty.
There is little written inside the PDF. Just a few words that make up a sentence. The font used is Times New Roman.
The secret phrase reads:
"There is no PDF.
Be wary of the possibility Pdf. ".
Basically a lot of jokers.
Sarcasm and levity. :-)))

I never understood the benefits of being sexually frustrated while reading a newspaper.
Anyway, the longstanding pdf joke is a valuable and nearly constant reminder that almost every claim on here is inevitably some sort of pisstake and should be viewed with absolute suspicion until all information is in. But for any newbies, just ignore us oldies banging on about the mythical pdf. It's one of the few traditions we have. It's like our version of Christmas, only less made up.
