If you don't enter the time and mental space of a strange character like me, you can't even imagine what my thoughts could be on art in people's lives and history.
Some time ago I proposed to Stik and others to decorate the 19th century galleons with their art, to make them sail with the wind on the Mediterranean against the war in Ukraine and against the exploitation of people and territories in Africa (which then generate immigration ).
Art and imagination are very different from art and investing.
I'm closer to the mentality of many artists.
Artists are strange sometimes.
However I like that image, but Munch's scream would definitely have given something more to the scene.

But I genuinely love the optimistic sentiment and enthusiasm.
Edit: Actually, this reminds me. Awhile ago I had this thought that, if someone covered themselves in babies, like, strapped babies all over themselves, they could probably just walk into any parliament building. I don't know where you would get the babies from, but it is a thought.

Yes, perhaps I am in some ways optimistic, and I try to see it differently.
But I am of the opinion that art has immense power and can move consciences.
Artists should be much more united. Not only with artistic collaborations and not only territorially.
Obviously mine is just a utopian vision of the art world and the world in general.

Did anyone get their bag framed 🤦🏻♂️.
I’ve seen examples of the try frame like a canvas. Which I think looks neat and the route is like to take.
The question is… how did your framer approach it?
did they unstitch the whole thing?
Did they unstitch just the handles?
Neither and just stretched it over a board?
Or something else?
Any ribs or examples would be great.

I’ve found my previous post and reply on this thread eventually, can see a few people have self framed and stretched.
