I hear you and I don't disagree. However this was 16 years ago in Shoreditch and the building doesn't even exists anymore! I should add that this is the only street piece in my collection and it was a one-off situation that hasn't happened before or after. I generally agree with not removing works, but this would have been long destroyed.

I am no one to blame others for things I don't know about.

It's a stunning piece to have in the house; an architect even suggested making a perspex door and housing it inside.
I know I'm biassed but I've had it up in my home for 16 years. I'm also happy that it's time for someone else to enjoy it!
The auction is accepting international bids - if you bid there should be a way to get it to you.

Stik for example or Banksy couldn't be sold for so little. Let's imagine the other less well-known and already less expensive ones at international auctions.

Right now those who have money can afford to fill their wardrobe.
