(as I believe your listing don't mention that you don't have the print you're selling; If you don't have the print, what will happen if there is a problem in transit or you never receive it? Are you going to buy another one in the secondary market to fullfill your obligations or should we report you to ebay for breaching of the policies?)

I'm acting as if you're selling something you don't have and you don't mention it. This is forbidden by ebay, if I'm not wrong. You cannot have lost it as you don't have it.
I also believe you accept to sell the object to the winning bidder by your listing. As there are 50 of them, I don't think it would be impossible to perform your obligations and a refund would therefore not be sufficient.

Don't bang on about how you've stated in so many threads that 'you've spent so much' as the implication here is that you spent so much, yet you cost fellow forum members so much (in terms of your 'profit'). This really isn't the reason that this forum exists. Its not a fucking extension of e-bay for jobbing punters whose lifes are so bankrupt they can afford to sit behind a PC pressing F5 or waiting outside in the pissing rain for 2 days with the potential upside of a grand.

But, I do think that asking for a pink one to immediately sell it is total bullshit.
