Cheaper than the edition of 60 by Cauty.  Is the one on Ebay seriously at £2150 with bids still to come?

Thanks for all the pms on my War Boutique 1/1 original but no reductions on this one. Its a firm £795 delivered to the UK and Worldwide at cost.  Below retail cost on this one and I really should just throw it up on ebay.

The War Boutique, lead by Kevin Leahy, started in 2003 in the memorable Area 10 space in Peckham, running workshops with local artists to use some of the ballistic military materials as a symbolic gesture of peace in part as a reaction to the Iraq war.

Through the artistic theory of non-verbal over identification, as a strategy, the War Boutique aims to record the events that all too readily escape the column inches, documenting them as pieces of social commentary, within an historical context.

It has developed further over the years through a series of workshops, exhibitions and fashion shows, in conjunction with local and national organisations such as the Peace Not War Cooperative, Save The Children, The Damilola Taylor Trust, and Southwark Youth & Connexions. Some of these events you can see the images in this exhibition.

The War Boutique, through its organic structure, has enjoyed a myriad of creative collaborations, from the worlds of film, theatre, art and fashion, producing works alongside the likes of John Maybury, Adrian Brody, Gieves & Hawkes, Maharishi, Sarah Lucas, Banksy, and Vivienne Westwood, (Active Resistance to Propaganda).

Its works have hung in The Bristol Museum, The Lighthouse in Glasgow, Tate Britain, Tate Modern and The British Museum, in London. Recently War Boutique has worked with Andipa Gallery and it does private commissions.

Considering the open edition from James Cauty are selling at £3k plus this really is a bargain for someone and below retail for a 1/1 from this acclaimed artist.

The original "POLICE" lettering across the middle is just about visible through the yellow spray. In this last image you can just about see the "O" of POLICE. This is being sold below the retail price and its a great opportunity to buy the original 1/1 from this artist.
