If you'd like to mostly maintain anonymity while spicing up your wardrobe, I'd love to offer you a one-of-a-kind, handmade angler fish mask I crafted about 10 years ago for a hat party. I had a vision for the hat/mask to resemble Venom from Spider-man. I spent far too long meticulously cutting and gluing material together, but I'm proud to say I showed up with the only handmade hat at the event. I'm quite fond of this hat, but I LOVE your art, so I wouldn't mind swapping goods with you. I think you'd really rock it nicely!

my entry is my ticket from Algeria vs Egypt World Cup playoff in 2009 Khartoum Sudan

In November 2009, I embarked on a wild journey, all because of a thrilling World Cup qualifier match between Algeria and Egypt. The first leg went down in Cairo on November 14, 2009, and Egypt had to win 3-0 to qualify for the 2010 World Cup. The game was fierce, but Egypt managed a 2-0 victory. This meant a playoff match was set for just four days later, on November 18th, in Khartoum, Sudan.

The build-up to the match wasn't just about football. Diplomatic relations between Algeria and Egypt had hit rock bottom. There were ugly incidents, with Algerian fans and citizens getting attacked in Cairo, and even the Algerian team bus was pelted with rocks, injuring several players. Algerian embassy in Cairo was stormed by Egyptians and ambassadors were recalled from each country. Similar hostilities were brewing for Egyptians in Khartoum. Rumors even swirled about the Algerian president sending plane loads of people with questionable backgrounds to Sudan in retaliation.

Now, Sudan was far from a peaceful paradise during this time. Civil war in Darfur, a dictator in charge, international sanctions, and the imposition of Sharia law had created a challenging environment. But that didn't deter me. With the help of a Sudanese school friend, I miraculously secured a visa within 24 hours.

Armed with that golden ticket, I didn't waste a moment. In just 48 hours, I was on a plane headed for Sudan to witness the playoff. The match unfolded, and this time, Algeria triumphed with a hard-fought 1-0 win, sealing their place in the World Cup. It was a historic moment, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience watching my national team on the world stage. Qualifying for their first World Cup in my life.

we went on to be drawn in the same World Cup group as England , that game ended 0-0 in Cape Town 2010 which I was also fortunate enough to attend.

That ticket from the Khartoum match is now my prized possession, a symbol of my determination, the unforgettable moments, and the rollercoaster ride that led me to Sudan during a period of intense challenges and historic significance.

My second and last entry., the Panini ITALIA 90 World Cup sticker book, complete and preserved for 33 years—a true relic of the past. I can't help but smile when I think of it. It's a testament to the power of nostalgia and the enduring love for a bygone era.

I often wonder how I've managed to hold onto it for so long. Perhaps I've always had a touch of the hoarder in me, a sentimentalist who couldn't bear to part with such a treasure trove of memories. In reality, though, it's more than that. It's a tangible connection to a simpler time, a time when the most pressing concern was whether you had that elusive sticker of your favorite footballer.

I can picture my younger self vividly, pestering my patient parents for football stickers day in and day out. They endured my persistent requests before and after school, flipping through stacks of those iconic Panini packs in search of that one missing player to complete the collection. It was a time of excitement and camaraderie, of swapping stickers with schoolmates and sharing the joy of finding a coveted sticker with a friend. Those moments were priceless, filled with laughter and the thrill of the hunt.

Oh, how different those days were! There were no bills to worry about, no internet to distract us, and certainly no mobile phones to keep us constantly connected. my world revolved around football stickers, and the simple pleasure of collecting and trading them brought immeasurable joy.

Looking at my Panini ITALIA 90 sticker book today, it's more than just a collection of images and names—it's a time machine that transports me back to a time when life was uncomplicated and filled with the pure, unadulterated joy of pursuing our passions. It reminds me that while the world has evolved in countless ways, the essence of childhood wonder and the bonds forged over shared interests remain timeless.

 it's not just about collecting stickers; it's about collecting memories, friendships, and a little piece of a world where football stickers were the center of our universe.







lmk if you'd like me to post a specific player or country from the sticker book, most of these haircuts are wild and half the players look a bit under the influence especially the South American teams. 😂

I mean before I start offering my wares… someone has literally offered their prosthetic leg, and someone has offered their oncology treatment coping mechanism. I’m not sure anything else will compare or tickle Paul’s fancy. But for what it’s worth, I present to you:

1) A pair of genuine 80’s finger jiggler monsters:

I rooted around in my loft to see what treasure I could possibly offer. These guys have been fingered to an inch of their life, but no puppet collection is complete without a pair of these little guys! A must have for a real puppet master!



2) If over fingered 80’s rubber toys don’t tickle your pickle maybe this will!
I present to you, a year’s subscription of my own pickled and preserved organic produce.
I will pickle and jar seasonal produce for you to receive once a month for a year. Who doesn’t love vinegared vegetables!!!

Paul, if you choose inefficiency of's fingered puppets, I will personally add my own bunch of rubber puppets to sweeten the deal. And I'm not doing this to try and get half or even some of a print, I'd just like them out of the house.

1) Authentic “Hot Krispy Kreme Donut” from October 16, 2003, as commemorated on the bottom label… yes, it is nearly 20 years!! This vintage delicacy is sure to taste as delish as the day it was encased in this collectable CD-R spindle (more on this precious display case to come).



2) Fresh sealed pack of “Fig Newtons (circa 2006)” these are fig rolls filled with fig paste anyone who knows about figs knows this was one of the Exceptional Vintages.



3) Rare sealed can of “Diet Pepsi Wild Cherry (circa 2008)” this libation with its “new look” of red border rim on the top of the can and one fourth of the silver area faded gradually to red, accompanied by the iconic CGI cherry was only designed from 2008-2009 making it a super rare acquisition.



4) This “Fresh from Florida Orange (circa 2002)” is an heirloom and was as you might have guessed picked from the tree by the hands of that special rare human specimen known around the world as “Florida Man” and constantly documented by new around the world. A Google search will give you insights into his strange daily news updates.



5) Vintage “CD-R Recordable Disc 100-Pack Spindle Case (circa 2000)” does not contain any CD-R but is currently housing a prized “hot item” which can be rehoused if desired. This should not be confused with the more common 50-Pack Spindle Case which would hold less value.



NOTE: The two artworks in the photo “Push Pin Wrestler” and “Might Lizard Man (aka Godzilla)” are not qualified for this swap since they are priceless works of art. But could be considered if you sweeten up your offer.
