I remember : a lot of us wanted this print, went even to the show and/or bought it via the web ( I think) . Everyone was so happy and paid a lot : have you seen the price of the resale now ( even at 6k or less it does not sell) ? I think that there is a problem with print drops and value, why are we so tempted to get one ? For the beauty and to frame it ? But we’d like that the marked does not flow … In fact the hype are guiding us. |

In hindsight I should ha e gone with my gut and bought the red because I think that's the best of the bunch but don't really worry about resale I'm general |

No PDF, not necessary.
I received the invitation to the exhibition directly and the possibility to purchase online as a preview. I got the little one for £500. I also bought a bicycle because in France they said it will be useful. Fantastic!

I wouldn't worry much about prices/values. It's all cyclical, and the world economy has plunged all "frivolous" markets into comparative lows when compared to the flowing cash/stimulus, low interest rate covid times... baseball cards, comics, vintage toys, collectibles in general, all went gangbusters, and are now all suffering.
We buy, or did at least, because we enjoy the art, images, feelings, enjoyment we get from prints, books, sculptures, originals (if lucky enough) - some buy only with expectation of profit/return (I know this isn't you, Lroy - just a general observation). Since the hype train for Invader arrived the market has become more competitive, with people more eager to sell for less when times get tough as they buy for the second reason as opposed to the first.
When economies "stabilse" a little, in a few years, I'm sure it will turn around. And if it doesn't, I'll be able to enjoy my little Invader collection with less "guilt" that maybe I should sell it all & put it on the mortgage 🤷♂️
