So why have we been waiting a bit less than one year, to see that the same Vinyls without any difference will be available in the 19 of July ! I hate pre orders. We can dut hundred times, when it arrives, and boom ๐ฅ they are already out , not ours ( they will be ship in September I think ?! ), but the regular and same issue ! I got the sleeve by Ed Ruscha at 100 $ โs one, ( with Tupac ), full of creases, a corner folded, they never replaced it to me ! I mean they asked me to pay the return ( Interscope ) and to pay again the shipping ! I said no.
I think itโs totally reasonable that as a buyer you shouldnโt be left out of pocket. They would make extra copies of records for damages. I think youโll be fine.

Mines red sleeve, white vinyl. Mine too! It's the vinyl colour I was most excited about, so I count myself lucky to receive what I coveted the most. I had never heard this band and, checking them out online, the original sounds like a man's voice - yet, this '3D mix' seems to have two different voices (unless I'm completely mistaken and it is the clever treatment to the voices that makes it sound like a woman is involved, too)?
Similarly, I've seen Young Fathers perform with Massive Attack, but the track 'Give' again sounds like the voice of another person completely - is it the same as above, achieved with voice distortion or something?
As you can see, I'm clearly no musician and don't know very much about such things.
I hope some of you on here have greater knowledge and can enlighten me! ๐

Sorry mate didnโt realise it was the original I quoted. Now I write this I realise itโs quite the same as Banksy does; mixing up originals ๐ฑ though at least here are the original artists involved. Something Banksy sadly doesnโt

At the end of the day, it's what I would call being inspired by something and adding a twist to it - often with a dose of grit and wit - and basically taking it to another level. That's pure genius on Banksy's part - mining ojects and subjects and turning them into topical pieces that are thought, talked and also written about. It has been done by almost everyone in art, literature; even by students in dissertations (sometimes unconsciously) - I do it myself in writing and speech (consciously and unconsciously mirroring/copying/assimilating), but turn it into something entirely of my own making. ๐ณ
..but, back to the music: Poor Lroy is still waiting to be sorted with his damaged record delivery by the good people at Battle Box - maybe someone from there is also reading this thread and will take it upon themselves to go and resolve matters as swiftly as the donation has been received?! ๐

Chasing HMV (UK) for an explanation but not holding my breath,,, & difficult to do any exchanging from afar even if they are willing/able,,, which I doubt.
More than happy to support MSF, but deeeeply disappointed with purchase, proper anti-climax,,, gutted :-(

Am in dispute with a UK retailer who sold the EP without the colourful sleeves (just a plain generic black sleeve with a hole in the middle) & wanted to make sure BattleBox knew what HMV were up to,,, saw you mention BattleBox so thought you may have come across them elsewhere maybe

As you know I have had a damaged one, from Bandcamp :
the Bandcamp guy did not promised to change mine, he told me the same that HMV said to you : it will depends of returns etc .. as the stock is highly strictly limited.
