The object in front, I believe, could be an aluminum travel pan. The soldiers of the Second World War always had one with them.

I thought it was a WWI figure with a gas mask... regardless it's terrible and cliche. Gas masked figures are cliche, they've been done. It's not a theme Blek is known for. This is high school level art with little to no message. The best thing about the image is the rat.
