What was weird is that my bank accepted the 62 € payment but UK postha refused it and they blocked my card ( I tried before with Apple Pay but the amount was 3650 Euros to paid ?! ) .. so I called my bank , they unblock my card, but I have to wait 1 hour to order it again ! Maybe Marc Pairon the author will sell some from Belgium. He made 4000 on his site for Uk Posta. Bad experience for me. Got the stamps last year direct from the original Ukraine post website, no problem, but this year my order for the book never arrived in France.
It had a tracking number and I even paid the French custom tax, but then when I asked the French post why nothing shows up, three weeks later, they told me the package never even entered the country. Why I had to pay tax when it wasn't even in their hands, no idea.
French post to me to contact the, Ukraine Post, but it's hard to know how through their website, can anybody help, being in the same situation in the past ? Just an email or link...

Reason for the delay I suppose, no mention of any postal number, though obviously I put it during the ordering process. Never mind, it's here, andthe protection was superb, a full cardboard for the book, bubble paper on top.
