This continuous action on various fronts is having positive repercussions on the entire artistic movement. Hundreds of *newspapers around the world are talking about his summer performance, and at the same time they are talking about art and Street Art. This is a fundamental and important step, because all artists will have a positive return triggered by all this. I just wish there was more unity of purpose among the artists and less arguments. This artistic ferment is the right time to establish itself as an "artistic current" of the new millennium. I am simply a fan of Graffiti Art and Street Art, but I believe that finally, we can build on the most solid and prolific moments in the history of art of our times. At other times there were artists such as Andy Warhol, Jean Michel Basquiat and Keith Haring, who experienced something similar in their time (the 80s), but all this was not possible for various reasons. Today the situation is very different, there are dozens of emerging artists, and an audience of people (myself included) who want to follow the evolution, growth and affirmation of this wonderful artistic movement. Unity is strength. It's like this in art too. I hope that all interested and involved parties understand this. No envy and no arguments. And much more important is the interest of Street Art and its affirmation. Even today's work, created by Banksy, will brighten the days of hundreds of thousands of people. Just as Street Art, around the cities of the world, brightens the lives of millions of observers and simple citizens. This is the new version 12.0 which will propose Street Art and Graffiti Art, to be remembered like French Impressionism. A heartfelt and special thank you to Banksy, and to all the artists involved in this historical moment.

I can appreciate that they are not everyone's cup of tea, but to say the artist is doing poor or weak work based on not liking that particular style seems rather misinformed to me.

The silhouette pieces are in the style of Kara Walker, and Banksy has been doing them for decades. The first I can recall were in Los Angeles in the aughts.
