I don't know the seller in any way, shape or form but I do know that my brother wanted to buy the print but bid twice and cancelled because he didn't know if he could cover the final print cost - if that makes him sound like a bit of a moron then that's pretty accurate.

Looking at the bidders who withdrew
Bidder 1 - +ve feedback 50 - 99, 3 bid retractions in the last 30 days, 5 in 6 months
Bidder 6 - +ve feedback > 100, 1bid retraction in the last 30 days and 6 months
Bidder 7 - +ve feedback 10 - 49, 1 bid retraction in the last 30 days, 2 in 6 months

I don't know why I am so surprised though as I sold him a print a few months back (outside of ebay obviously) and when he went to pay he confessed he was £150 short and was hoping I'd let him off. A complete chancer but he's good people, just a bit of a space cadet.
