I imagine it’s legal to use any photos taken of street graffiti, but that was a painting at the Bristol Museum show, so a different set of rules.
I realise he has a good connection to Banksy (or at least his PR team), but find the use of that image interesting. 
EDIT: I guess as long as it's only on stickers and not in the book, or on items for sale, then Banksy's rule of using his images for personal use is OK. A fine line though I'd say. Makes it all look quite official doesn't it!
