Hadn't realised that Pejac himself claims that this is an "attempt" at democratising a release. What fu***ng hypocrisy. Pre-selling the affordable ones to wealthy collectors and then charge 600-3600.- Euro for what is basically a photo-printout of an unfinished work.
They're making close to 2 million from this, so there would have been a few nice and easy ways to making this more "democratic"

(unsuccessfully) tried for tier 1 as I think that these were the only ones with a reasonable price: after all this is a massive edition of a mediocre image by a relatively unknown artist.

This is a forum, everybody is entitled and encouraged to voice their opinion. I view many things happening in the art world, especially the art market, as problematic and detrimental to the art itself. You can have a different opinion. But that you hate on me and insult me just because I have an opinion about something is actually frightening.
