Would it not have to be somewhere private, rather than a public street like Brick Lane (which would be illegal).
I'm guessing a unused warehouse or industrial site in East London, or something along those lines...

It surely has to be a massive location to accommodate pieces by everyone, hats off to the organisers, lets hope it's a permanent installation, it would be an instant tourist attraction. Shame it's overlapping with the Bristol event, like busses, not a sign of anything then 2 massive events come along at the same time. Keep your eyes peeled for some scaffolding for Mr B to work/hide behind.

I would also assume Ken Livingston has had a hand in it, given the alleged scale of the event.
