But yet some people are complaining about them for charging a little bit more  when did an ebay seller ever offer any of this?

seems fair for prints still in stock elsewhere.
i thought the Tom Tom part was going to do the re-selling for people (ie commission work) if they decide to sell up.
Those would be more expensive as people want to get a set amount of money and art republic / tom tom need their share.
