They have a 50's American look that is more 'illustration' than 'street art', not his best work by a long chalk.

thing is fingxmas isn't acting that differently to some of the online gallerys on here.
the state of art gallery had the cheek to post on almost every artist forum and ask for works.
Came on the dface forum and the header was 'dface works needed'
got a reply stating that yeah we want you to sell them through us and we'll take 20%. now that's real fuckin cheek! don't evenhave a gallery, i'd rather stick it on ebay...

Im a more 50x70 man myself as they are easier to frame and are a nice size.
Dont get me wrong they are good prints but give me a regular size anyday.

I know a lot of other galleries /people even if they did acquire prints prior to release, they would show a high level of decorum and class and discretion, rather than in a disgusting rude and crass manner
What FX is doing is bringing a bad name to BRP, and the sooner that Mike and all at BRP distance themselves from people like FX and Lamsey the better off they will be.

I have a fair collection of D*Face prints and bought the Word To Mother collaboration last week. I couldn't agree more with you, I picked up Street Improvements 3 and really wasn't impressed with the print at all. The text in the 'Guaranteed By Good Housekeeping' bit which is meant to look like a sticker is really blocky and almost unreadable close up.
I will be giving number 4 and 5 a miss. If I like the look of them then I reckon there will be a bundle on eBay at around cost as soon as they appear from BRP. I personally don't think the prices of D*Face work will jump again until after his show in October.
