I think this was a statement by Bast to all other "street" artists - first and foremost in creativity and secondly keeping it "real" (hard core manual work for a relatively nice price point). Other prominent street artists gonna step up? My guess is probably not...

I love these. They are proper raw art. I think they are the most purely creative thing I have seen in ages. And the guy knows how to release prints - small editions, each print unique, sensible prices etc. Video 6 (which I missed) is print of the year so far for me and I would much rather have spent 450 quid on that than a Nick Walker for example (which I missed as well). Makes a lot of other stuff look twee and commercial I reckon
