I have to say I agree. ยฃ10k in the current climate is too high.

The COA must add value, as it really is a luxury with Adam's work for the most part and I love his more abstract work just as much as the rest. The range of colours and individuality of this piece make it extremely desirable imo. A gallery would likely be asking ยฃ12k+ for something like this, although I don't think I'd find it so attractive at that price. ยฃ7/8k imho and worth every penny. (The perfect framejob isn't doing it any harm either;-))

I'm surprised that Nick Walker's Nozzle prints have made it into Christies, along with artists such as Dolk and Sickboy. Plus a First Great Weston print with an estimate of ยฃ2k - ยฃ3k - wtf

However the fact that your piece failed to sell at auction once gives you one strike already and regardless of if a different auction house consigns your piece; I don't think they'd want to offer it up so close to the Drewetts auction.
However if you really need to sell for your student loans/college put it up through Bloomsbury or direct on Ebay.
