Is it actually fraudulent when they are open source material?

its not shady, i have pictures from a friend but they were physical photos rather than digital, so i used one which i found online to prove that it is nick walkers poster from his show. There is no other way to prove these are authentic so the best way to illustrate it is a picture of someone signing one. The person can come and pick it up and meet with me - there is nothing shady about it at all.

i think from the pictures on the auction, you can tell i dont actually own a digital camera. I do however have a phone camera (1 mp) so i will do my best. Not sure if i will be able to add any though as there is only 7 hours left.

I have PM'd influence to apologise, i did not know who the picture belonged to as it was a simple search on flickr. Im happy to meet with the person though and they can have a cuppa and a biscuit if ive got any.

i always offer things out for a fair price on here first when i sell a piece, but the norm is people will try and knock you down further and you end up putting it on ebay where it goes for more anyway.
