Quite a few people asked him to sign their books and he was doing some drawings (as in my Cityscapes) on the first pages (not the cover), he said he likes to have those initial pages in black so he can sign in white. That's all I know.

Yeah the price made sense when someone said original inside but that seems to be a rumor.. I'm sure its well worth the coin though.

the new 'memory documents' hardback book in which documents the show in genoa, as well as jose's past history, comes as a ltd ed of 100 signed and maybe drawn in.. (each copy is different)... 125 euros....or 40 euros not signed or drawn in.
but now the signed editions have sold out too...!!!
the second edition 'cityscapes' book can be bought (not signed or drawn in) for 30 euros.
contact richard at il trifoglio nero gallery for any of the books. (they are worth every euro)
on with the artwork... all sold out.
watercolours... standard size... 30x44 inches... prices have now increased from the last show at elms from ยฃ5250.... to the new price of 9000 euros (nearly ยฃ7000) price uplift due to under valued work.... and these again have sold out so new show in october expect prices to be maybe (dont quote me on it) could be higher again.
those ceramic plates in somes picture were not for sale... a new project with a old school italian company.. similar to the japanese bizenyaki jose produced some years ago in japan.

and the biggest piece, that was incredible!!! but priceless.
