Print itself looks great... just a shame about the damage, it's down most of one side of the print, i've dropped Eelus a note anyway!

Black Rat Press take no chances, they ship prints inside a missile launcher.

I'm really sorry to hear that some of your prints are arriving damaged. I've been just as excited to get these prints out as you have been to receive them and to hear that they're arriving in the state they are makes me feel pretty gutted.
I'll be looking into why this has happened and will do everything I can to make sure this doesn't happen again in the future. Anyone who isn't happy with their print please drop me an email and I'll make sure a replacement is sent out to you right away.
