It's right in the middle of a busy restaurant/night scene area is in Greenwich Village. loads of people stopping to take a look. I imagine over this Columbus Day wkend there will be TONS of people. Don't know what to expect to be honest. It's a tiny little joint and everything on the website is there. Is this it? is there more? is there another show in the works with traditional artwork as opposed to installations? Lots of questions? funny enough, there are now more questions and really no answers..... haha
He truly is a marketing genius.

It makes living in a tiny a$$ little apartment in Brooklyn worth it. I have some crappy camera phone pics but there will be far better pics on the web soon. When I got to the store at 11:55 PM the door was locked and there was a rather large gentleman sitting at the counter writing in his notebook who glanced up and gave me a simple "we're closed wave." A few passerbys were stopped and wondering what was going on with all the little animated figures. A few things: the bunny looks like the AIKO (thanks for the correction bobby! I'm too excited to sleep) bunny....the childrens dolphin ride outside covered in a net is brilliant. Banksy threw in a NY license plate as well! The "chicken" part of the window display/not on the video above is one of the smartest things I've seen...can't wait to go inside tomorrow. Feel like a bit of a chump for even bringing it up but there is the big question about items for sale...would he got through all this effort to not make some cash?

A few years ago I saw Paul Mccarthy's animatronic animal pieces on show
and was impressed, but Banksy has truly taken this idea to another level!
