They are not the easiest to attain and there are many different forms of grants and you can acquire them for many different reasons. Good like in finding your Herakut og!!

this was when the 'forum chat' was that gold flags and trolleys had sold out so i was going purely for the experiance and i had finished uni for the christmas holidays, in the end, im happy to say, that the arrangement worked out very well for both people and i had a journey i will never forget

I found that it was a bit tougher getting my wood piece framed up -- while I originally considered "floating" it, I was concerned about keeping the integrity of the piece and not adding additional holes to it (or making the existing ones larger).
You'll have to post pics once you figure out how you're going to frame it.
