At times, they convey a real hard hitting message through their art which is delivered via serenity, surrealism and fantasy, and sometimes they are just weird for the hell of it which really appeals to me. Not often with art can you look at a painting that holds such negative connotations which still raises a smile from ear to ear. Though for me, some of their stuff comes across stronger as a sketch such as 'Permission'.

not sure about the skills element , there's literally 100's (at least) of artists who can paint to this level - I guess the subject matter and ideas set them apart - but even here I don't see anything that strikes me as amazing or new. Their artiwork tends to remind me of those awful 70's portraits of little girls (if you know what i mean) with big eyes.

Question on the sketches...when I've seen pics online, the paper looks much "creamier" in color. Poppysunshine's looks like a truer white (which I tend to like better). Is the paper type/color consistent across all sketches or does it vary?
