The staff is incredibly rude. At one point I really wanted a piece they had for sale. I decided I would put my feelings towards them aside and buy anyway. I drove 4 hours to the gallery with money in hand (about 5K, ready to buy).
They wouldn't give me the time of day. They lost that sale.

Really lovely signed book, great quality and a great insight into their work, love it! Up there with some of my favourite books already.... No surprises here either so have emailed them, hopefully they will resolve this minor issue it would be a shame as the book is so damn good.... Not sure what I'm gonna do with the tote mind, it will end up in the cupboard with all the other art bits that I'm not sure why I bought or how to display/use!

buy a canvas a touch smaller than the tote, slip it in, tidy up the handles & edges and hang !!

The opening was so nuts and the line for signed books ran for nearly four hours and we ended up accidently handing out all of the extra sets.
We were lucky we had set aside the extra books for the online pre-order because we sold out of over 200 books the night of the opening. Herakut actually had to come back to the gallery post-party to sign the online pre-order books before they left town...
Again, anyone who has worked with us knows we pride ourselves on customer service and will do our best to make amends. We sent the one time coupon code for 50% to everyone who missed out on the extras - but happy to extend the offer to anyone who purchased the sets. Just email editions@papertigerstore.com and we will get you sorted.
I know we shipped everything asap, but thanks for your patience in getting everything sorted. We do really appreciate the enthusiasm of everyone on these boards and those who support the artists we represent.

Gutted by the size (its a bigger image in the book) but happy i got number 20/20.
Life's funny.
