Months later it goes up in value significantly. So, why not just buy it when you want it? I don't think I've ever heard of someone kicking themselves for actually getting a piece they really wanted.
One of my favorite bands, Orbital, has a wicked song called 'Satan'. It starts with a sample of a father talking to his son:
kid: Daddy?
Dad: Yes son.
Kid: What does regret mean?
Dad: Well son, a funny thing about regret is that its better to regret something you have done than to regret something you haven't done.
Dad: and by the way, if you see your mom this weekend, make sure and tell her SATAN, SATAN, SATAN....
