WOW!
It was a shaky start this morning but after being on the phone with our hosting
company, saying they couldn't figure out why this was happening? They came back
40 minutes later and said, "Oh well it could be this little setting," and we
were off.
First things first. Thank you so much everyone. We are beyond words. We worked
really hard to make this print release a good one to follow the NYC show and we
feel very blessed by your support.
This will probably be the last time for a little while that we use the Faile
Site to launch new work. I believe we will move to the Lottery for the Holiday
Release. That being said, many of you will be receiving refunds. We are really
sorry for this but it's just how it works right now. We feel bad that your money
is tied up and believe the lottery will be much better as you will pay once your
notified if you've "won" rather than paying and waiting. So we will be up late
into the night working to get refunds. Please bear with us, as we are working
hard to make sure you get your money back within 48 hours if you're being
refunded. Hopefully we will be caught up sooner.
Everything is just about sold out now. May be a few prints still available. Some
things are still not working right in the cross-over as you may have noticed.
But we will get this solved soon.
Also the updated regular Faile Site should hopefully be up by weeks end. We'll
keep everyone posted on things coming up.
All we can say is thank you all so much. We will be shipping over the next 2-3
weeks. So hopefully the work will be in your hands within the next 4 weeks.
Please understand we have a lot of shipping ahead of us. We will be diligent
though. All work will be shipping with a Tracking number now. So if you have
questions let us know. But give it a little time before worrying.
We'll be in touch personally with you if you're getting a refund. Sorry about
that but thank you again so much for the support. More to come....

i think a lot of these "list" people are gonna be happily sad when they get their refund email.
it looks like most of them were putting stuff in their cart and then waiting til the end to buy. unless the Faile kids changed up their system, that method does not work.

Slightly different variants I think. Thats the problem with faile prints, it may say an edition of 10 but that has no relevance how many other prints will look the same, just that there are only 10 prints exactly the same. True with originals also. Thats the nature of the art though and supposedly one reason why people like faile.
