A few people emailed/called POW yesterday. If you read back through the threads it seems that POW are well aware of the issue and have implied that if you have the protx confirmation you're fine. Though if you're still concerned email POW.

i picked this up from another post last night but only got a chance to try it when i got to work this morning. i managed to get receipts for the two i ordered yesterday (one accidentally) and the e-mail confirmations for them. how i did it:
1. went through my history for yesterday on firefox (should be the same on ie) and found two called checkout.asp
2. clicked on checkout.asp and it took me to the proper pow receipt page which i was able to print out - the same process seems to kick off the e-mail confirmation

doesn't work - it looks like the order number is encrypted.
the link takes you to a page which is:
193.33.156.2/CheckOut_Paid.asp?crypt=
followed by a couple of hundred letters and numbers (gave up counting at 74 but there's a lot after that)
unfortunately the checkout.asp page has gone from my history now so i can's see whether it was the same encrypted code.

My Browser history doesnt have the correct page (it's at work, so I suspect they've locked down secure pages from the History)
My Credit Card is showing an unposted transaction for £307 - so it's gone through, but the money hasn't gone yet.

Was in the same position this morning, so I bought another one, emailed sales and they are looking into it. got a pow receipt for the one I bought this morning, but not for yesterdays.

I've only just now had an email from POW basically saying that I should of had a confirmation from them by now, if not it should be soon. As I haven't had a confirmation from POW, I guess that's not really any help, but I'm not going to worry about it.
